Instructions

Cut the chicken breast in half and place in a deep bowl. Add the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and olive oil. Mix together.

Heat the herb butter over medium-high heat in a pan. Fry the chicken on each side for 5 minutes until done. Set aside.

Cook the spinach covered in a pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes or until the spinach has shrunk. Add the ricotta, salt and black pepper. Mix well.

Put the chicken in a baking dish. Spread the spinach mixture on top and top with grated cheese as desired. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 220℃ for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is well melted.

Serve the chicken with rice and a delicious sauce!
