Skin the chicken drumsticks. Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Peel the carrot and cut it into pieces. Peel the yellow onion and slice it into rings.
In a bowl, combine water, olive oil, salt, ras el hanout, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried parsley, and mix well.
Take a baking sheet and line it with a sheet of parchment paper. Evenly distribute the yellow onion, potatoes, carrot, and chicken drumsticks on the baking sheet. Then, pour the sauce evenly over the ingredients.
Place the chicken drumsticks with vegetables in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Keep an eye on the baking time, as each oven may vary.
Carefully remove the chicken drumsticks with vegetables from the oven and coat the drumsticks with butter. Then, return the traybake to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
