Chop the vegetables and chicken.

Bring a pot (half full) of water to a boil. When the water is bubbling, add the salt and optionally a splash of oil. Give it a quick stir. Add the pasta and cook for about 10 to 13 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion and sauté for a few minutes. Add the garlic, chicken, black pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and chicken stock cube. Cook together for a few minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes, cooking cream, crème fraîche, and green pesto. Let it simmer until it bubbles and the sauce thickens slightly. Add the Parmesan cheese and cook until everything comes together nicely.
