These mini tiramisu bites are a fun take on the classic dessert — no baking needed! You’ll sandwich Nutella and a fluffy mascarpone cream between ladyfingers, give them a quick dip in espresso, and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder. They’re perfect for serving in cupcake liners and look extra festive with a dollop of cream and some fresh strawberries on top.

Tips
Adjust sugar to taste.
You can replace vanilla sugar with vanilla extract.
Garnish as desired.
Whipped cream stabilizer can be replaced by a teaspoon of cornstarch.
Instructions

Place the mascarpone, whipped cream stabilizer, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Mix for 30–60 seconds. Gradually add the heavy cream until stiff. Set aside.

Prepare a cup of espresso and pour it into a bowl. Let it cool.

Take a ladyfinger and spread it with a layer of Nutella, followed by a layer of cream. Top with another ladyfinger. Repeat this process.

Dip the desserts fully into the cooled espresso. Place them on a plate and dust with some cocoa powder.

Serve the tiramisu desserts in cupcake liners and garnish with a dollop of cream. For an extra touch of flavor and color, optionally add some chopped strawberries on top.
