Put the flour together with the salt, sunflower oil and water in a deep bowl. Mix and knead until combined. Cover the dough and let stand for a while.
Peel and coarsely chop the yellow onion. Put the yellow onion and parsley in a chopper. Don't grind them too finely.
Place the minced meat, salt, paprika, the black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces (100 grams each) and form them into nice round balls.
Take a ball of dough and place it on a floured work surface. Roll out the dough into a square of 32x30 cm.
Spread some minced meat on top (about 160 grams). If desired, sprinkle with some grated cheese as desired.
Roll up the dough and seal it tightly.
Cut the dough into pieces.
Divide the meatballs between a baking dish.
Put the strained tomato sauce together with the water, Italian seasoning, salt and honey in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
Spread the tomato sauce over the meat rolls.
Cover the baking dish with a sheet of baking paper and a sheet of aluminum foil over it. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200 ℃. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven, remove the aluminum foil and baking paper. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake the meatloaf for another 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
