Tips
Replace the milk chocolate with your favorite chocolate.
I used a springform pan measuring 28×18 cm.
Stappenplan
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Place the Maria biscuits in a food processor and grind finely.
In a large bowl, combine the ground Maria biscuits with the chopped hazelnuts and melted butter. Mix well.
Spread the cookie dough evenly over a springform pan lined with parchment paper. Press down with the bottom of a spoon to make it nice and even. Place in the refrigerator for a moment.
In a deep bowl, combine the mascarpone and hazelnut cream. Mix for 1 minute until smooth.
Spread the hazelnut mixture over the cookie dough and smooth it out. Place it in the freezer so the cookie mixture can firm up.
Cut the Kinder Bueno cookies into pieces.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and transfer it to a piping bag.
Melt the milk chocolate together with the sunflower oil in a double-boiler. Pour the melted milk chocolate into a small, deep bowl.
Dip the Kinder Bueno cookies into the melted chocolate.
Place the Kinder Bueno cookies on a rack lined with a sheet of baking paper. Drizzle the cookies with lines of dark chocolate.
