Ensure the milk is warm, not too hot, as it may kill the yeast. The beaten egg and butter should also be at room temperature for better mixing into the dough.

Knead the dough well until it becomes smooth and elastic.

For an extra rich flavor, brush the rolls with a little melted herb butter immediately after baking for a delicious aroma and taste.

Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or overnight if possible, to let the spices infuse the chicken.
