Put the raspberries and sugar in a skillet over medium heat. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, stir regularly. Take a bowl and place a sieve over it. Add the raspberry mixture and press it with a spatula. Put the raspberry jam in a piping bag.

Wash the lemon and raspberries. Cut the lemon into pieces and put them in a blender. Add the raspberries and water. Blend for 2 minutes.

Strain the fruit juice through a sieve over a bowl to filter out any remaining bits.

Pour the raspberry juice back into the blender and add the condensed milk. Blend for 30 seconds.
