Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced meat, cumin powder, cayenne pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, cinnamon powder, coriander powder, salt, and dried parsley. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the chopped yellow onion, diced red bell pepper, corn, and sliced green olives. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and water and mix until combined.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the grated cheese last. Mix well until the cheese is melted.
Take a wrap and fill it with a quarter of the meat mixture. Roll the wrap tightly. Repeat this process for the remaining wraps.
Cut the wrap into pieces and distribute them on a platter.
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the cheddar cheese, sambal, and turmeric powder. Mix until the cheese is melted and the mixture thickens.
Top the wraps with sauce and cheese sauce to your liking. Serve with a selection of fresh vegetables and toppings of your choice. Bismillah, enjoy your meal!
