Marinate the chicken in honey and spices for a few hours (or overnight). This allows the flavors to penetrate deeper into the chicken and makes it even juicier.

For an extra crispy exterior, double-coat the chicken by dipping it in the flour mixture again before frying. This will create a thicker, crunchier layer.

Make sure the oil is hot (about 175°C) before frying. If the oil is too cold, the chicken will become greasy instead of crispy. If it’s too hot, the outside will burn while the inside remains undercooked.
