Mix the caramel and chopped peanuts in a bowl.
Melt 250 g of milk chocolate using a double boiler method: place a bowl with pieces of milk chocolate over a saucepan with boiling water. Ensure the bowl does not touch the water. Stir the chocolate until smooth, this usually takes about two minutes.
Add the cornflakes to a deep bowl and then pour the melted milk chocolate over them. Mix until all cornflakes are evenly coated with chocolate.
Cover a tray or dish with parchment paper. Use a spoon to scoop portions of the cornflake mixture onto the parchment paper. Then add a layer of the peanut caramel mixture, followed by another layer of the cornflake mixture.
Garnish the chocolate cornflake cookies with chocolate stripes and chopped peanuts. Allow the chocolate to fully harden. Bismillah, enjoy!
