Grind the chocolate chip cookies finely in a food processor.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Put the finely ground cookies in a deep bowl and add the melted butter. Mix well.
Spread the cookie dough over the bottom of a baking pan and press it down firmly with the bottom of a spoon. Place the baking pan in the refrigerator for a while.
Put the mascarpone, whipped cream stabilizer, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl. Mix for 1 minute until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream and mix until stiff.
Heat the heavy cream almost to a boil. Add the pieces of milk chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Then stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
Make a cup of coffee, espresso, or your favorite variant and pour it into a bowl. Then let the coffee cool.
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cookie dough and spread it evenly. Pipe a layer of the cream mixture over the ganache and spread it out smoothly.
Briefly dip the ladyfingers in the cold coffee/espresso and arrange them over the layer of cream.
Pipe another layer of cream over the ladyfingers and spread it out evenly. Put the remaining cream in a piping bag and pipe dots ontop. Sprinkle the tiramisu cake with cocoa powder.
