Seriously one of the best recipes I’ve ever cooked! Stumbled upon this site because I’ve had a jar of ras el hanout for ages and haven’t known how to cook with it. Cooked everything as the recipe instructed, potatoes/carrot mash as well, and it’s a new favorite in our house. Added some garlic and chili baby broccoli on the side as a green. Thank you for this one!
