Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Cut the corn cobs into pieces.

Bring plenty of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the potatoes, corn cobs, salt, and bay leaves. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain.

Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes, paprika powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Fry until golden brown in a few minutes. Add the corn and fry together.
