This chicken fajita served with oven-baked fries and creamy cheese sauce is sure to be a hit at home! Homemade fries are always a winner, especially when they’re paired with flavorful chicken and rich cheese sauce.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, then into strips to make fries. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add salt, Ras El Hanout, and olive oil, and mix well.
Bake the fries in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Thoroughly wash the chicken and cut it into flat pieces. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, cumin powder, onion powder, garlic powder, curry powder, red bell pepper powder, cayenne pepper, and dried parsley. Crumble the chicken stock cube over the ingredients in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Slice the bell pepper into strips and peel the red onion, then cut it into strips as well. Add the red onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper to the chicken mixture. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
In a saucepan, add the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, sambal oelek, dried parsley, and curry powder. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, using a whisk.
Take a serving dish and arrange the fries, cheese sauce, chicken mixture, and some extra cheese sauce on top. Enjoy your meal!
