Put the softened cream butter in a deep bowl. Add the sugar and salt. Mix them together until fluffy. Add the egg and mix everything together well again. Add the flour. Knead all ingredients together into a cohesive cookie dough.
Take some of the cookie dough (15 grams). Turn it into a sphere. Place in the cookie mold (don't forget to grease it) and finish nicely. Repeat the procedure.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the honey and caster sugar. Boil them together until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the chopped walnuts. Cook it along for a few minutes.
Fill the cookie dough with the walnut filling (8 grams).
Place the cookies in a preheated oven at 175℃ for about 12/15 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown on the sides. Keep an eye on the oven after 10 minutes; every oven works differently.
Tips:
- Add vanilla sugar or vanilla extract for a hint of vanilla.
- Immediately fill the cookie dough with the warm walnut mixture. Once the nut mixture cools and becomes firm, place the pan on the stove (low heat) for a moment.
