Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bulgur to the heated skillet. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste. When the water boils, lower the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Let the bulgur simmer and absorb the liquid for 10-15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and let the bulgur rest for a few more minutes with the lid on.
Put the tomato paste, vinegar, olive oil, pomegranate syrup, salad herbs, Italian seasoning and honey in a bowl. Mix these ingredients well.
Add the prepared bulgur to a deep bowl and add the sauce. Mix until everything is well blended.
Peel and chop the red onion. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Cut the cucumber, cherry tomatoes and olives into wedges. Slice the grilled red bell bell pepper and green bell bell pepper. Chop the dill and chives small.
Add the dill, red onion, green olives, diced cheese, cherry tomatoes, grilled bell bell pepper, cucumber and chives to the bulgur. Mix everything together until combined.
After combining all the elements, the bulgur salad gets its true appearance.
