Melt the butter along with the dark chocolate using a double boiler. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Add the white caster sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to the melted chocolate. Mix well. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mix until smooth before adding another egg. Sift the flour and cocoa powder over the bowl and gently mix it into the chocolate mixture until you have a smooth batter.
Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking dish lined with parchment paper and spread the white chocolate over it. Then, pour the rest of the batter on top and smooth it out.
Place the brownie in a preheated oven at 175°C and bake for 20-30 minutes. Keep a close eye on the baking time, as every oven is different. Allow the brownie to cool completely.
Cut the cooled brownie into equal pieces.
Melt the milk chocolate using a bain-marie.
Chop the hazelnuts into pieces and add to the melted milk chocolate. Mix well.
Dip the brownies into the chocolate mixture and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Allow the chocolate to harden.
