In a deep bowl, combine the flour, salt, yeast, honey, yogurt, sunflower oil, and (lukewarm) water. Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place at home for 1 hour, or until the dough doubles in size.
Wash the chicken and slice it into thin pieces. Place the sliced chicken, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, paprika powder, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well and set aside in the refrigerator for a moment.
Deflate the dough and divide it into 9 equal pieces of about 84 grams each. Knead and shape each piece into a ball.
Take one ball of dough and roll it out into a long strand.
Fold the strand. Then twist them together to create a braided shape, similar to a braided rope or cord. Repeat this process.
In a bowl, combine the honey with water and mix well.
Spread the sesame seeds on another plate or dish. Dip each piece of dough first into the honey mixture and then into the sesame seeds.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it rise in a warm place at home for 30 minutes, or until the dough doubles in size.
Place the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the rolls are nicely golden brown. Keep an eye on the baking time, as every oven may vary.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until both sides are done.
Fill the bread with chicken and fresh vegetables.
