Yesterday, our family was in the mood for the classic Big Mac taste, so I whipped up these tasty Big Mac boats! They truly delivered on flavor and were a hit with everyone at the table.

Place the flour in a deep bowl. Add the yeast, sugar, salt, sunflower oil, yogurt, and warm water. Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced meat, salt, and black pepper. Cook the minced meat until done.

Take the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces (75 g each).

Place the ball of dough on a floured work surface. Roll it out with a rolling pin into an oval shape (19 x 13 cm).

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread some of the minced meat over it, followed by cheddar cheese and more minced meat.

Fold the sides of the dough inward. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise with mustard, onion powder, and grated pickle. Mix well.

Place the Big Mac bread in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F). Bake for 15-20 minutes or until nicely golden brown. Keep an eye on the baking time as every oven varies. Garnish with lettuce, pickle, and extra sauce.
