Meet the sisters

Kookmutsjes is run by an energetic sister duo: Najat and Nadia. What started with Najat sharing her delicious recipes on Facebook has grown into a much-loved platform filled with inspiring dishes.

Najat spends her days in the kitchen, constantly creating and experimenting. Her culinary creativity knows no bounds, which is reflected in the steady stream of recipes published on the website and across social media. Meanwhile, Nadia works behind the scenes, making sure every recipe is beautifully presented and seamlessly shared with their online community.

With their cheerful, positive, and above all approachable style, De Kookmutsjes make cooking accessible to everyone. Whether you’re young or old, a complete beginner or a passionate home baker, their clear step-by-step recipes help anyone put something delicious on the table.

Culinary all-rounder

A sweet chatterbox, always cheerful and very precise. Every ingredient is weighed down to the gram, and no dish is shared until perfect. With a whisk in one hand and her camera in the other, she photographs every recipe.

While Najat focuses on the details, Nadia keeps the big picture in mind: she creates the videos, designs the beautiful website layouts, and writes out the recipes.

Najat and Nadia created a cookbook while studying Communication, Multimedia, and Design. That’s where the seed was planted for what would later become Kookmutsjes.

Community and Family

At Kookmutsjes, it’s all about enjoying cooking and baking. While the pots gently simmer and delicious aromas come from the oven, you get to try something new and let your creativity run free.
