Bring plenty of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Add the pasta to the pan and stir every few minutes to prevent it from sticking together. Cook the pasta for 8–13 minutes, or until it’s done to your liking. Then drain the pasta.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, tomato paste, water, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Stir well until a smooth sauce forms.
Place the drained pasta in a large bowl and add the sauce. Mix well.
Peel and finely chop the red onion. Finely chop the chives and parsley. Dice the tomato, cucumber, and avocado. Slice the black olives.
Add the red onion, chives, parsley, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and black olives to the pasta. Mix everything together until well combined.
