Looking for a delicious no-bake strawberry chocolate dessert that’s easy to make and irresistibly good? Then you’ll love this layered chocolate strawberry slice! It’s made with a crunchy milk chocolate base, a rich dark chocolate ganache mixed with fresh strawberries, and topped with a smooth layer of white chocolate and pretty chocolate lines. Melt the milk chocolate (150 g) using a bain-marie (double boiler).
Heat the heavy cream (100 ml) in a small saucepan until it’s almost boiling. Remove from the heat and add the dark chocolate (150 g) in pieces. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
Cut the strawberries (400 g) into pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the chocolate ganache and mix until combined.
Pour the melted milk chocolate into a baking dish and spread it evenly over the base. Spread the strawberry mixture evenly on top. Place in the refrigerator and let it set completely (at least 1 hour).
Melt the white chocolate (175 g) using a bain-marie. Pour the melted white chocolate over the chilled filling.
Melt the dark chocolate (25 g) using a bain-marie and pour into a piping bag. Pipe thin lines over the white chocolate. Freeze for at least 1–2 hours to fully set.
Cut into pieces and serve.
