Wash the chicken thighs and cut them into pieces. Place them in a bowl. Add the salt, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until done and golden brown.
