Looking for a no-bake dessert that’s creamy, rich, and super easy to make? This Nutella and strawberry tiramisu cake is a total showstopper — and you don’t even need an oven! It’s layered with a fluffy mascarpone cream, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, a smooth Nutella filling, and sweet strawberries. The best part? You can prep it ahead and let the fridge do all the work.

Tips

I used Klopfix to help stabilize the cream so it stays nice and firm. Don’t have Klopfix? You can simply replace it with a small amount of cornstarch.

Make sure to use heavy cream with at least 35% fat — this gives the filling that rich, stable texture you want.

No vanilla sugar? No problem! Just use 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract instead for the same delicious flavor.

Place the mascarpone, whipped cream stabilizer (Klopfix), vanilla sugar, and regular sugar in a deep bowl. Mix together for 30–60 seconds. Gradually add the heavy cream until the mixture becomes firm and stiff.

Crumble 150 g of the ladyfingers and place them in a bowl. Add 80 ml of espresso and mix well. Add 250 g of the cream mixture and stir until fully combined.

Line a bowl (or cake tin) with plastic wrap and add the cookie mixture. Press it down firmly and spread it evenly across the bottom.

Take 250 g of the cream and add the Nutella. Mix until smooth.

Spread the chocolate mixture over the base, then layer the strawberries on top. Spoon the remaining cream over the strawberries and spread it out evenly.

Dip the remaining ladyfingers in espresso and place them on top of the cream layer. Cover the ladyfingers with plastic wrap and press down slightly. Let the cake set in the fridge, preferably overnight.
