It’s made with tender chicken breast, waxy potatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and green olives, all tossed together with aromatic spices like ras el hanout, garlic powder, and paprika. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook for about 15–20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Peel the red onion and cut it into pieces. Chop the red pointed pepper and slice the olives.

Wash the chicken and cut it into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces along with the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, ras el hanout, and dried parsley. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Next, add the red pointed pepper, red onion, and green olives. Mix together. Then add the potato cubes and cook for another 3 minutes.
