This layered treat is made with a fluffy mascarpone cream, sweet strawberries, ripe bananas, and chunks of soft cookies for the perfect mix of textures. In a deep bowl, combine the mascarpone, whipped cream stabilizer, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix for 1 minute. Gradually add the heavy cream and mix until stiff.

Cut the strawberries, banana, and cookies into pieces. Add the banana, strawberries, and cookies to the cream mixture. Mix well.

Spread the cream mixture evenly into a dish.

Heat the heavy cream (50 ml) almost to a boil. Add the finely chopped white chocolate (100 g) and let it sit for 1 minute. Then stir until smooth and creamy.

Heat the remaining heavy cream (20 ml) almost to a boil. Add the finely chopped dark chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Pour the dark chocolate into a piping bag or use a sandwich bag as an alternative.

Pour the white chocolate ganache over the cream mixture and spread evenly. Garnish the dessert with lines of dark chocolate, then immediately drag a toothpick/skewer through it for a decorative finish.
