Instructions

Gently heat the heavy cream until it’s just about to boil. Add the chopped white chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth, then allow it to cool slightly.

Transfer the white chocolate ganache to a deep bowl. Add the desiccated coconut and mix until well combined.

Let the coconut mixture sit for a while. This will make shaping it easier.

Take about 12 grams of the coconut mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a chocolate-covered hazelnut in the center and cover it with the coconut mixture. Roll it into a ball. Repeat the process.

Roll the coconut balls thoroughly in grated coconut. Bismillah, enjoy!
