Cut the wraps into pieces.

Peel and finely chop the yellow onion.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne powder, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for 4 minutes. Add the chopped onion and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour. Gradually add the milk while stirring, crumble in the chicken bouillon cube, then add the Italian seasoning and the heavy cream. Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and salt until fully combined.

Add the cooked chicken back into the sauce and mix well.

Spread some of the wrap pieces in a baking dish, spoon a layer of the chicken mixture on top, and repeat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with sliced tomato. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390 °F) for 10–15 minutes.
