Place the skinless chicken drumsticks in a large bowl. Add the chicken seasoning, salt, ras el kouzina, dried parsley, and sunflower oil. Mix well until combined.
Arrange the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place them in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 35 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine the sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, sambal, and soy sauce. Mix until smooth.
Carefully remove the drumsticks from the oven and brush them with the sticky sauce. Return them to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes at 200°C.
