Place the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the melted butter, beaten egg, and lukewarm milk. Mix well and knead the dough for 10-12 minutes until smooth.
Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
Deflate the dough by kneading it briefly and form it into a ball. Dip into milk and then into sesame seeds, pressing the seeds firmly.
Lightly dust your work surface with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Cut it into 8 equal pieces.
Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them rise again for 30 minutes in a warm place, or until they double in size.
Heat a pan with a layer of sunflower oil to 175°C (350°F). Fry the sesame buns on both sides until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and season with salt, red bell pepper powder, cayenne pepper powder, turmeric powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin powder. Cook the meat for 7-8 minutes until browned.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the cheese slices, allow them to slightly melt.
Cut the lettuce to your desired size and mix it with the mayonnaise.
Fill the buns with a sauce of your choice, the lettuce, and the spiced meat mixture. Bismillah, enjoy your meal!
