Strawberries have always held a special place in my heart, and I just can’t resist incorporating them into my baking creations. They add such a burst of freshness and flavor that elevates any dessert or cake, including this one. But what takes this sweet treat to the next level is the irresistible addition of Biscoff. The combination of juicy strawberries and the sweetness of Biscoff creates a mouthwatering symphony of flavors that’s simply irresistible.

Put the cream cheese together with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and whipping cream stabilizer in a deep bowl. Mix for 1 minute. Gradually add the heavy cream and mix until firm. Set aside.
Wash the strawberries. Cut off the green crown and a small piece from the center of each strawberry.
Take a sheet of plastic wrap and use it to cover a bowl or serving platter. Arrange the cookies in 3 rows of 7 on the plastic wrap.
Spread a portion of the cream mixture evenly over the cookies, with a row of strawberries in the middle. Then place another row of Biscoff cookies on the empty part of the cream, on both the right and left sides. Pipe some extra cream over them and distribute it evenly.
Using the plastic wrap, fold the dessert into a triangle and press the sides firmly together.
Completely cover the outside of the Biscoff-strawberry dessert with cream. Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it set for a few hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
Heat the Biscoff spread in a saucepan over low heat until it becomes liquid. Stay close by, as this happens quickly. Transfer the Biscoff spread to a piping bag.
Pipe the Biscoff spread over the dessert by going along the sides. Create a 'drip' and fill the inner part with Biscoff spread. Let the Biscoff spread firm up before piping cream on it. Garnish with a dollop of cream, pieces of strawberry. Bismillah, enjoy!
