Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Place the maria biscuits in a food processor and grind them into fine crumbs. Transfer the finely ground maria biscuits to a deep bowl and add the melted butter. Mix until combined.
Spread the cookie dough evenly into a springform pan lined with parchment paper. Press the cookie dough firmly onto the bottom using the back of a spoon. Then, add the hazelnut spread and spread it evenly over the cookie dough. Let it rest in the freezer briefly until it becomes firm.
Take a hazelnut and press it into the hazelnut spread. Repeat this process (the number of hazelnuts depends on the size of the cookie).
Cut the hazelnut cookie into pieces. Place the cookies in the freezer to chill thoroughly.
Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler.
Melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler and transfer it to a piping bag.
Dip each cold hazelnut cookie into the melted white chocolate one by one. Place the hazelnut cookies on a sheet of parchment paper and drizzle lines of milk chocolate over them. Allow the chocolate to harden.
