These spinach-feta puff pastry bites are not only deliciously crispy on the outside, but they’re also simple and quick to prepare! They’re full of flavor and make for a tasty side dish with soup or as an addition to any meal.

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Then finely chop the spinach.
Transfer the spinach to a deep bowl. Crumble the feta cheese and add it. Then add the cumin powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix together.
Take the puff pastry, roll it out, and cut it in half lengthwise. Place some of the spinach mixture on the puff pastry. Brush one side of the puff pastry with beaten egg.
Roll up the puff pastry. Repeat this.
Cut the filled puff pastry with spinach and feta into pieces.
Place each piece on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with beaten egg and garnish them with sesame seeds.
Place the puff pastry bites with spinach and feta in a preheated oven at 200 ℃ (390°F). Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry bites are golden brown. Keep an eye on the baking time yourself, as each oven may vary.
