Flatbread with chicken and fries

Making the flatbread dough is easy and provides a tasty base! A must-try for food lovers!

Combine warm water with sugar and yeast in a bowl, mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add sunflower oil, Italian seasoning, flour, and salt. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place at home, or until it doubles in size.
Wash and cut the chicken breast into large pieces. Add chicken breast, chicken seasoning, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian herbs, curry powder, and olive oil. Mix well.
Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Place them in a deep bowl with paprika powder, chicken seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and olive oil. Mix well.
Spread the chicken breast and fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F). Bake for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 portions (82g each). Shape them into balls.
Take a portion of dough and place it on a floured work surface. Roll out the dough into a thin round sheet of 20 cm. Repeat the process.
Cut the chicken breast and vegetables into pieces.
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the flatbreads on both sides until done.
Take a flatbread. Fill it with sauce, lettuce, fries, chicken, and crisp vegetables as desired. Fold and enjoy!
