We love casseroles! They are easy to make and super tasty! At home, they loved this casserole of potato slices with meatballs. So ideal for feeding the whole family!

Peel and slice the potatoes. Peel and cut the yellow onion into half rings.

Finely chop the parsley. Put the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, the black pepper, parsley, olive oil and bread crumbs. Mix well.

Take some of the minced meat and form into balls.

Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the yellow onion and cook for 4 minutes. Add the potato slices, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, beef stock cube and water. Cook, covered, 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft (do stir in between).

Put the unwhipped whipping cream together with the chili sauce, soy sauce and soy sauce in a deep bowl. Mix until combined.

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and fry all around until golden brown. Add the sauce and cook until thickened. Add the dried parsley and mix well.

Divide the potato slices among a baking dish. Spoon the meatballs on top and finish with some grated cheese. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200 ℃. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
