This pizza is a delicious and filling meal with pieces of chicken and a colorful selection of vegetables! For more flavor, extra cheese has been added in the edges for that delicious “crusty cheese touch. It is so delicious, perfect for a cozy evening at home!

Put the flour together with the fine semolina, salt, sugar, yeast and sunflower oil in a deep bowl. Make a hole in the center and add the lukewarm water. Mix and knead the dough for 10-12 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place in the house, or until it has doubled in size.
Wash and cut the chicken breast into pieces. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salt, cumin powder, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Put the strained tomato sauce along with the water and Italian seasoning in a deep bowl. Mix well.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces (210 gr each). Shape each sphere into a nice ball.
Dump the dough onto a floured work surface and roll it out into a 30-cm round piece.
Cut the cheese block into strands. Place the cheese near the edges of the dough and fold the dough inward. Close it tightly.
Spread the tomato sauce on top and garnish with grated cheese, red bell bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, yellow onion and green olives. Spoon the chicken mixture on top. Top with additional vegetables and some cheese spread. Repeat the process and let rest for 30 minutes, or until the dough has doubled in size.
Place the pizzas in a preheated oven at 220℃ and bake for 12-18 minutes. Keep an eye on the baking time itself, as every oven works differently.
Pizza with Chicken will be ready after bake 12-18 minutes and color would be like this.

Hello, thanks for your recipes, they are great and I have used several of them. Just a note on the English translation, “flower” is a rose, carnation, or daisy etc, but “FLOUR” is ground wheat, which we use in recipes. Both words are pronounced the same, so there is always a confusion. Thanks´….
