3 g garlic powder 1 tsp

1.5 g dried parsley
85 g red pointed pepper 1 pointed pepper
75 g red onion 1 red onion
30 g green olives
225 g potatoes waxy
40 g sweet soy sauce
25 g sambal oelek
EXTRA
grated cheese to taste

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook for about 15–20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Peel the red onion and cut it into pieces. Chop the red pointed pepper and slice the olives.

Wash the chicken and cut it into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces along with the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, ras el hanout, and dried parsley. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Next, add the red pointed pepper, red onion, and green olives. Mix together. Then add the potato cubes and cook for another 3 minutes.

Stir in the sweet soy sauce and sambal until combined.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the grated cheese. Mix well so the cheese melts.
